2. What data we process
a) Visiting the website: When you visit the website, our hosting provider Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland) stores technically necessary data in log files (e.g. IP address, date and time, page visited, browser). This is needed to deliver the website and protect it against misuse. The data is stored in Switzerland and automatically deleted after a short time. The retention period is set by Infomaniak. We do not analyse this log data. For statistics with your consent, see section 4.
b) Applying as a shop: When you fill in the application form, we process the details you enter (e.g. name, label, email, Instagram profile, category, message).
c) Contact by email: We process your message and your contact details in order to reply.
d) Statistics: only with your consent, see section 4.
3. Purpose
We process this data to operate the website, review your application, contact you and – if you consent – analyse how the website is used.
4. Cookies and statistics
4.1 Principle
We only load the statistics service if you agree in the cookie banner. Without your consent, no cookies are set and no data is transmitted to Google. We store your choice in your browser (Local Storage) for 12 months. After that, we ask you again.
4.2 Google Analytics (statistics)
If you consent, we use Google Analytics 4 from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics records which pages you visit, for how long and with which device and browser, as well as your approximate location (country, region). Google Analytics does not store IP addresses. We have deactivated Google Signals and advertising features. For personal invitation links, we transmit the address without the personal part. Google deletes data at the level of individual users and events after 2 months; aggregated statistics without personal reference are retained. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA (see section 6).
Cookies: _ga and _ga_<ID> (to distinguish visitors), storage period 2 years.
4.3 Legal basis
The legal basis is your consent. For visitors from the EU: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
4.4 Withdrawal
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. You can also delete cookies already set in your browser.
4.5 Fonts and animations
We load fonts and animations from our own hosting in Switzerland, not from third-party providers.
5. Service providers
- Hosting and email: Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva, Switzerland
- Application form: Tally BV, Ghent, Belgium. The form opens on Tally’s website (tally.so). Your details are stored there. Tally’s privacy policy also applies.
- Statistics (only with consent): Google Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland, and Google LLC, USA
Beyond this, we do not pass your data on to third parties.
6. Disclosure abroad
According to Tally, the form data is stored on servers in Europe. Under Swiss law, the EU provides an adequate level of data protection. If Tally uses service providers in other countries for individual services (e.g. IT security), Tally is obliged under its contract with us to ensure that your data is protected.
If you consent to Google Analytics, data may be transferred to the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Under decisions of the European Commission and the Swiss Federal Council, this company provides an adequate level of data protection. We additionally base the transfer on your consent.
7. Links to other websites
If you follow a link (e.g. to Instagram, TikTok or Tally), the privacy policy of the relevant provider applies there.
8. Retention
We keep application data for as long as necessary for the review and the collaboration, and for no more than 12 months after the last contact if no collaboration results.
9. Your rights
You can request access to your data and its correction or deletion. Write to hallo@stilder.ch. We usually reply within 30 days. You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time under “Cookie settings”. Withdrawal applies to the future. You can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority; in Switzerland, this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
10. Changes
We may amend this privacy policy. The version published on this website applies.
